What happens if I'm not happy with the product?

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, I will offer a full refund within 7 days; excluding shipping. The item must be returned in the same condition. I'm not responsible for damaged or lost items caused by USPS.

How long does delivery take / when will my order arrive?

Your order will be dispatch within 1-3 business days of receipt of full payment. Please then allow 2-5 days for delivery, 3-10 days if you are in New Zealand. If your order does not arrive after 5 or 10 business days, please contact me and i will immediately work on rectifying the situation. Please refer to our  section for more information.

Why are your price so low?

I love to do knit,sew,crochet i might not be professional, but i work so hard to do my best

and care,love all my work. All my work low price  not mean i not do good on but i do enjoy and love what i do,all i want is to pay back the money i spend for supplies that why so cheap.
